Submission Guidelines
Prospective presenters must complete the online application by April 1, 2010. The application can be
found below. Completed submissions will need to include:
- Title - a maximum of 64 characters and spaces will be allowed.
- Description - This should provide a clear and accurate summary of your proposed session. It should be a to-the-point summary and
should avoid amplified language or claims. It will be limited to 1,000 characters and space (approximately 200 words).
- Bios - please limit your biographies to 375 characters and spaces (approximately 75 words).
Submission Evaluation and Selection
Proposed sessions will be evaluated and selected on the following criteria:
- Relevance to conference objective
- Fit with conference program
- Ability to engage or interest conference attendees
- Subject matter appeal
- Speaker qualifications
Program Selection Timeline |
Proposals will be reviewed on a pipeline basis until all time slots are filled. Therefore,
earlier submissions will receive the highest priority. No exhibit hall stage sessions will be accepted beyond April 1, 2010. |
